Challenge:
1. Find something you want to let go of.
2. Do 3-5 things to help you feel good. Make them easy. Eat a good meal, get exercise, fresh air, meditate, do yoga, take a nap, read something inspirational, talk to an inspiring friend, take a bath, etc.
3. Suggestion from a listener: Get rid of any physical reminders of what you are letting go of. In other words, declutter!
3. Listen to one of the podcasts below.
