(Laura) So, this month on eating, I intend to focus on something I say in the Module. I am going to "Eat like I want to be." No judgment (that is next month! :-) ) Just pure enjoyment of the food that will nourish me. What are you going to do?

For a few years now (really since I did this program the first time) I have known which foods do not make me feel good - and compromise my compassion. The last few months I have slipped a little and added back dairy and salt and I feel it! This month I will remove dairy and salt and pay attention to what my body is REALLY asking for - a walk, quiet time/yoga, or maybe some fruit or veggies.
