I love me!
Do you? Do you really? Can you say it? I dare you to right now, say it out loud (or whisper if you are in a cubicle!) Can you do it? Can you look in the mirror and say it? Can you say it with passion and enthusiasm in the privacy of your car? In one of the YogaKids videos, one of the poses asks the children to hug themselves and say, "I love me". One little boy says it with such sweet enthusiasm it often brings tears to my eyes. Can you love yourself that enthusiastically? Did you know that you cannot create a deeply satisfying life until you do? You also cannot deeply care and love others until you love yourself. How do you know if you do? Start by saying it. You'll know by how it feels... "I had to learn slowly to open the door just a crack to let love in, maybe just a few seconds at at time. We all do." (David Roche)
