Engage your body and open your heart with a relaxing retreat in beautiful Costa Rica. Join experienced Yoga Educators Laura Erdman-Luntz, Marya Asher, and Karen Peterson as they combine the transforming power of yoga with other tools that will help guide you through releasing the things that are preventing you from moving forward in your life, embracing what you want more of in your life, and surrendering to the grace and gratitude of the moment. Yoga is a powerful tool for engaging your physical body for deep release and greater peace.

You will spend a week in the beauty and serenity of the jungle. Each day includes 1-2 yoga class, varying from gentle to more in-depth learning and to intense flow,as well as an evening meditation and gentle yoga class. We will also offer optional classes in Belly Dance and Core Strength and one-on-one sessions of Life Coaching, EFT sessions, and Intuitive Readings. Your leisure time opportunities include meditation and relaxation and exploring the beautiful country of Costa Rica. Your investment includes:
