monday morning musing: It is Time to Laugh

MUSE UPON THIS:

When was the last time you laughed?

And I mean a from-the-belly, deep guffaw.  Don’t those giggles feel good?  The power of laughter is dramatic. Laughter has been proven to help us feel better both physically and mentally. (Really!  There is actually a science that studies the physiological responses of the body to laughter, gelotology!).  So, when was the last time you laughed? When are we as gloriously joyful as little kids are?  I remember a USA statistic from years ago that said children smile an average of over 300 times a day – adults, 9.  It is time to smile and laugh, everyone!  Enjoy the feel good moments - I have a bevy of funny ones!

You known, I think about all of you all week.  I think about how I can inspire you, what I can say that will fill your heart and send you out into the world sharing love and compassion with everyone you touch.  I usually wake up on Thursday, the day I post the following monday's musing, with my burst of inspiration.  I never write these posts ahead of time.  My Thursday inspiration is for all of you.  I know I am receiving the message you all need to hear. 

Having said that, this week's Feel Good Moment is for all of you.  I want you to know I genuinely love and appreciate you all.  Thank you for reading, thank you for taking the time to feel good so you can share more love with the world.  You are in my heart. So, here is my wish for you:

This video simply made me smile so I had to share.  It is so fun!  There is somthing so amazing and inspiring about serious talent (with a dash of practice!).  (Also might just be a couple of guys with too much time on their hands! :-))
