We all know how challenging manifesting can be. Yes, it is "simply" a change of thoughts, but some of those thoughts can be so sticky! We need help! We need to get beyond using the mind and get these changes into our body. Anything we do on our yoga mat, translates into our life.
Yoga is a powerful partner in the manifesting process. We can use our yoga practice to feel strong enough to make a change that feels scarey. We can use our yoga practice to finally totally let go of an old way of being. We can use our yoga practice to feel fully and deeply present.
Monthly workshops at Yoga Bella studio through May 2012.
Each session will be a different topic or range of topics and will include discussion as well as yoga. I want to build a powerful, manifesting community to support each other as we move forward in our lives.
