Yoga Study Series, Part 1: The Charkras and Deepening Your Practice | $40
Saturday, April 14, 1:00 - 3:30 p.m. , Yoga Prairie, presented by Denise Bunch
This yoga study series will deepen your knowledge of the main energy centers - how they work in your life, how you can become more aware of your own life path, and how to create that path. This can be realized through knowledge of the inner self and discovering your authentic path and inner contentment. In this first class we will review the chakras, look at the physicality of each one and discuss how to work with them in asana practice. We will also discuss how to manifest the life you are meant to lead as well as how the chakras are foundational in helping each of us become an empty loving vessel for our students.
The Power of Pranayama | $40
Sunday, April 15, 9:30 a.m. - 12:00 p.m., Yoga Prairie, presented by Laura Erdman-Luntz
Pranayama, or controlled breath work, is a major aspect of a well-rounded home practice. It is so much more than breathing and the techniques span far beyond the Ujjayi breath. When done well, a Pranayama practice subtly affects both your nervous system and your energetic body, and ultimately brings you more vitality. Join us for a morning of learning and experiencing the Pranayama of yoga!
