"Laugh like a child with milk coming out your nose."
~Joe Vitale
Remember giggling that hard when you were young? (It wasn't just any milk for me, it was chocolate milk!) when was the last time you laughed that hard? Here are just a few of the benefits of laughter I found on the internet:
- Laughter relaxes the whole body: A good, hearty laugh relieves physical tension and stress, leaving your muscles relaxed for up to 45 minutes after.
- Laughter boosts the immune system: Laughter decreases stress hormones and increases immune cells and infection-fighting antibodies, thus improving your resistance to disease.
- Laughter triggers the release of endorphins, the body's natural feel-good chemicals. Endorphins promote an overall sense of well-being and can even temporarily relieve pain.
- Laughter protects the heart: Laughter improves the function of blood vessels and increases blood flow, which can help protect you against a heart attack and other cardiovascular problems.
I had so much fun finding some Feel Good Moments for you! I have been reviewing videos for about 45 minutes, laughing until tears have come. The result? I feel lighter, more open, and excited to share with all of you! Enjoy these. I am giving you the best of the best. Let the humor ripple through your body as you feel the joy...Got 7 minutes? I dare you to watch ALL of them!

Good morning Laura,
Well, today is a very busy for me and I thought to myself... geez do I have 7 minutes? Turns out I did, because I wanted to...thank you for the early morning smiles.
As adults we don't let those total body - big belly laughs ripple through us often enough.... but when we let laughter in and our cheeks hurt from smiling ... this is the sweetest reminder that we aren't laughing often enough.
Smiles!
