MUSE UPON THIS:
Stop "Trying"!
Are you “trying” to do something? That word is quite a trigger word for me. Remember Yoda from Star Wars? “There is no try. The is only do or not do.” “Try” gives us space for failure and, in fact, gives us an excuse for it.
“I am trying to lose weight.”
“I am trying to learn to knit.”
“I am trying…”
Sound familiar?
How about…
“I am losing weight.”
“I am learning how to knit.”
“I am doing it.”
Just do it. You may be not the best at it. Who cares! Stop trying and just do it.

I agree! And in addition, trying takes so much more energy than "being" or "allowing". I recently shifted from "I'm trying to get out of my head" to " I live from my heart". It made all the difference in the world! Now when I sense the heaviness of my head taking over, I don't think of it as failing. I simply focus on breathing into my heart and allow my being to be fill with lightness. I am still amazed at how little effort it takes to feel like my true Self again.

Love it, Jill! Thank you for sharing. I also find the mere thought of "trying" gets me stuck in my head.
