My dream day is to spend a weekend at a spa all by myself, completely alone, for two full days. I have the days planned. Very early rising, meditation and breathing practice. Then breakfast and a morning of physical exercise. (I love to hike!) Lunch and then an afternoon of pampering...manicure, pedicure, facial, massages, steam room, hot tub, ahhhh... (One of my values is to feel good physically. It is why I love yoga so much!) Then a two-hour asana practice and dinner. Off to my room for quiet time, reading, journaling. Then just before bed, restorative yoga and meditation. Off to bed early so I am ready to do it again the next day. I know, you want to come with me. Didn't I mention? I am off all by myself...

Wow Laura ~ Sounds so similar to my dream day!! Upon rising, I would watch the most brilliant sunrise, while drinking a big pot of tea. I would then settle into a long meditation followed by a long asana practice to get my body moving and feeling vibrant! After a breakfast on the patio overlooking the most amazing scenery, I would go for a long, scenic walk ~ slow and meditative, to give me a chance to really take in all that's around me. The afternoon would definitely be spent at the spa- body scrub, massage, pedicure, sauna, and a facial. Complete pampering and relaxation. I would watch the sunset while eating the most delectable vegan dinner. I would spend the evening curled up in the most comfy chair to read- just read anything I wanted to. I would end my dream day with a short restorative practice to prepare for a deep sleep...... early bedtime for me :) Ahhhhhhhh.....paradise
