Just THINK about smiling...
So, if you have been following the musings for the past couple weeks, I have been reflecting on the power of a smile. Just smiling or even contracting the muscles in your face will uplift you.
But it gets even BETTER, just bringing on the feeling of a smile makes you feel better. While I am unaware of any research here, try it. Pretend you are about to smile. Feel better? This smiling is some powerful stuff!
