#9: Living an Extraordinary Life means I have the faith and trust that all is unfolding as it is suppose to and I can surrender to the process.
Do you really believe what you want is possible for you? Do you believe that your work will take you to your dreams? Part of Living Your Extraordinary Life is trusting that this all works, that all or your actions will get you closer and closer to your dreams AND at the same time you can enjoy your current life. Do you see yourself as a hard worker? Someone who is lazy? An over-eater? An under-achiever? A perfectionist? Strong-willed? Weak-willed? We all have labels for ourselves -- sometimes they are buried quite deep! All of these labels limit us, keep us defined in a way that doesn’t allow us to move forward in life. I love anything that shatters my paradigms (an overall idea of how things work). The more we allow our paradigms to shift and change, the more possibilities we will see in our life. Here is a fabulous video that shows us what we think is happening actually isn't. It might seem like an insignificant paradigm shift, but any shift at all allows us to open to even more. Here's to shifting!

Just contract the muscles
Okay, to continue from last week's musing...it gets even better. Did you know that simply contracting the muscles in your face that create a smile makes you feel better? (And this is proven by research. Read Malcolm Gladwell's book, Blink.) Try it...you feel better, don't you? Seriously, smiling is powerful!
So, on that note, I have another Feel Good Moment to leave you amused! In fact, I have two. I found these two this past week. One of them is 9 minutes -- worth all 9! The second one is a bit raw, but the humor is my humor so I hope you enjoy it too. Enjoy!

Love yourself as your neighbor...
Do you really love yourself as much as you do others? If you did, you would take great care of yourself. Do you find time for everything... except yourself? Here's your test:
Do you treat your body like the magnificent temple it is?
Feeding it nourishing food, regular exercise, and plenty of rest?
Do you nourish your spirit with activities that move your soul?
Regularly connecting deeply and profoundly with wonderful you?
Do you give yourself time to laugh, play, and giggle?
Do you nourish your mind with rich images, beautiful words, and ideas that expand your horizons?
We always find time for everything that is important to us.
Don't kid yourself, we all do. Do you find time for you?
Okay, this is a long one...8 minutes and 14 seconds. It is worth every minute.
I dare you to watch the whole thing and challenge your own feelings for yourself.

Mmmm...yummy thought, eh? On Thursday, I set off a flurry of discussion on my Facebook page when I posted: "Positioning myself for a miracle...what about you?" Much discussion ensued, including what a miracles is, whether one must "position" themselves for it, and then this comment above.
"All things are possible..." Many of us (I hope) when asked directly, would say that we believe in miracles (or, that all things are possible). But I think we lose sight of them in our own lives or, at least, I did. What I was referring to on that day was a situation in my life that was causing a tremendous amount of fear for me. I realized I didn't believe a miracle would happen and I was scared. When I "positioned" myself, I released my fear and I put myself in God's/Universe' hands. I asked for help and let go. I now believe ALL things are possible -- even for me in an area in which I have fear. Where in your life do you need a miracle? Do you believe it will happen for you?
Here are some good, old-fashioned miracles to inspire you!
Yep, a little hard work, but we can all agree miracles are here, too! Enjoy!
