A Coaching Moment: Becoming Inspired in Three Easy Steps!

Sorry I haven't posted in awhile -- busy traveling all over!  Began with a 17-day car trip with the family, followed by the fabulous Italy yoga trip and now, tomorrow, I am off to Mexico for the Advanced Teacher Training.  I plan to do many posts upon my return! :-) 

I decided to do some video posts -- fun to be able to imagine talking to you!  So, here is a video response to a student's question.  Feel free to send me your own questions!  Enjoy!
