I was able to have lunch with Lilias Folan at the Symposium for Yoga Therapists in LA last weekend. A thrill for me. Lilias was the first "famous" yogini I studied with 20 years ago. She is still the heart-centered love she was then. She doesn't do much travel anymore. If you ever get a chance to study with her...take it. Your heart will not regret it!
