In this incredibly powerful, workshop series, The Art of Manifesting Your Dreams, you will combine the power of your imagination and the power of yoga to create the life you really want to live!

Let Laura guide your throught the Five Steps (Plus One!) for manifesting the life of your dreams. What makes her program especially powerful is the yoga component. All of the steps in the program are simple, but not necessarily easy. We have all worked on making changes in our lives at some point. The change is great for awhile and then we slide right back to where we were. This program is about making changes and making them permanently!

Yoga is a powerful catalyst to the Manifesting process. What you do on the yoga mat translates into your life. Each step of manifesting can be brought to your yoga mat as a visualization, yoga session, or breathing.

This course is perfect for those who are unfamiliar with manifesting and the Law of Attraction as well as those who have been trying to make manifesting work for themselves and need a little extra boost.

Each session will include a discussion/lecture period and you will be sent home with podcasts of yoga, breathing and/or visualizations.

Class One: What is manifesting? Where do I already attract well?
Class Two: The five steps (plus one!) to conscious manifesting
Class Three: Taking Right Action
Class Four: You must believe in yourself (AND your dream!)
Class Five: Feeling grateful in many ways
Class Six: Able to surrender and trust
