Experienced Yoga Educator, inspiring Life Coach, author and Business Entrepreneur, Laura Erdman-Luntz has over 20 years experience in the fitness and wellness industries. Her Yoga training began in 1988 and began teaching in 1992. She has taught over 500 workshops, over 10,000 hours of yoga classes, coached hundreds of clients and has trained 75 yoga teachers at the beginner and advanced level. She published her first book, Awaken to Joy, in 2010 based on her year of the study of Ahimsa (compassion). She has studied with Judith Hansen Lasater, Jo Zucovitch, Ramanand Patel, Rodney Yee, Patricia Walden, Barbara Benaugh, Donna Farhi, John Friend and many others.
Denise Bunch, CPT, E-RYT(500), Yoga Educator, Personal Trainer, Pilaties Instructor
Denise Bunch, owner of Moon Lily Yoga has been studying yoga for 17 years, and received her E-RYT 500 with Laura Erdman-Luntz in 2007. Denise has a great enthusiasm for bringing Yoga to everyone and creates the opportunity for students to learn mind/body connection, relieve stress and attend to their physical fitness in all of her classes. She is a certified pilates instructor and personal trainer who also works one on one to further assist clients in their overall healthy lifestyle. She brings a compassionate healthy attention to her yoga style and wants to create the opportunity to pass this on to others.
Marya Asher, CPT, E-RYT(500), Yoga Educator, Wellness Consultant, Self-Love Leader
Marya is a Yoga Educator, Wellness Consultant and Self Love Leader. She is passionate about sharing her vast knowledge and experience in vitalizing the body and empowering the spirit through yoga, meditation, fitness, nutrition, natural health and self love. Marya is registered with Yoga Alliance as a 500 hour Experienced Registered Yoga Teacher (E-RYT500) with over 2000 teaching hours. She is also a NETA certified Personal Trainer and Exercise Instructor. In addition to Yoga, she teaches Meditation, Middle Eastern dance, Drums Alive and healthy cooking. Marya holds a B.A. in Psychology and is currently pursuing a Masters degree in Natural Health.
Amy Goettl, E-RYT(200), Yoga Teacher
Amy began her yogic journey with a class at a local community center. From that point on, the fire had been ignited, and her passion to learn more began. She has been teaching since 2004, promoting the Mind – Body connection with her students. Amy received her E- RYT 200 Yoga Alliance Certification in 2008. Jill Barber, RYT(200), Yoga Teacher, Life Coach
Finding yoga ignited of a series of events that Jill terms “the unfolding of her life”. Her passion for yoga began in 1995 when she discovered a class at a corporate fitness center. In 2002, she earned her RYT200 so that she could share yoga with others through teaching, and she is currently completing her RYT500 training. An avid long-distance cyclist, Jill incorporates the principles of yoga and alignment for endurance, efficiency and sheer enjoyment while riding. Off the bike, she uses her personal practice to help with muscle recovery and to balance the needs of her body. She also consciously pursues her dreams “off the mat” by practicing gratitude, good nutrition and manifesting.
Mita Shah, RYT(200), Yoga Teacher
Mita has been teaching yoga since 2003. Growing up in India, yoga has always been part of her life. She employs teaching as a great medium to learn; she likes to teach to share her passion of yoga and to be a catalyst for change. Her yoga classes integrate mindful asana with proper alignment, breathing, meditation and relaxation techniques.
